Lakshmi Manchu pledges to donate her eyes

Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna, who has become popular with her talk show later debuted in Tollywood with Anaganaga O Dheerudu and went on to do Dongala Mutha. She earned recognition as an actress and as a producer.

Lakshmi Manchu, the talented and charming daughter of Collection King Dr.Mohan Babu has proved that she also has a very kind heart too. The young Manchu scion has pledged her eyes to the LV Prasad eye Institute. This is a noble gesture that needs to be applauded.

Lakshmi tweeted, “Gooooood morning darlings:) off to shoot. I pledged my eyes w LV Prasad eye institute yesterday. Do it.Give sm1 vision.Have a good 1 y’all.” Producer Dil Raju also pledged to donate his eyes. They have responded to a call given by Thespian Dr.Akkineni Nageswara Rao on the occasion of ‘World Sight Day’. This shows her vision and care for lesser privileged people. May this breed grow.

Lakshmi is currently busy with her maiden Bollywood project, Department, where she is reportedly essaying the role of Sanjay Dutt’s wife. She is also producing a film with her brother Manoj as the hero. This film is titled ‘U kodathara ulikki padathara’. This film has Nandamuri Balakrishna in a guest role.
