 Jr.NTR's Success Rate In 2010 and 2011

Young Tiger NTR got 100% success rate in the year 2010 with two successful movies, 'Adurs' and 'Brindavanam'. 'Adurs' released for Pongal 2010 and managed to get good collections in coastal Andhra Ceded regions with the help of flat rate tickets and extra shows during the festival days. However, due to the producer's mistake the movie had to taste failure in the Telangana region and was lifted from this region after four weeks. After consolidation, the movie could easily stand in above average position.
Meanwhile, NTR's another successful movie Brindavanam, was released for Dasara, 2010 with big competition from 'Robo' and 'Khaleja' and stood as a decent hit at the box office. Eventually, 2010 turned out to be the luckiest for NTR.
It seems NTR is not so lucky in 2011 as it seems quite reverse comparing to last year. His 'Shakthi' tasted miserable flop result and collected just around 14 crores share. When it comes to his latest offering 'Oosaravelli', although the movie got record breaking collections for the first week, there has been a sudden fall in the collections from its second week onwards due to poor talk. R.R. Movie Makers have bought the A.P. rights for 27 crores. Now, it is estimated that they might lose at least 4 crores. However, it is too early to predict any loss. But it should be treated as an alarming signal for the makers to go for a better publicity strategy so as to get more collections in coming days to place the movie in safe zone.
